Why I Do This

I've seen it too many times: an agent works hard to get a lead, and then loses it — not because they're bad at their job, but because they were busy doing everything else a real estate business demands.

I've watched it up close, too. One client came to me with a database of over 2,000 leads spread across CRMs that didn't talk to each other — none of it on one platform. Every new lead had to be manually accepted, manually assigned to the right group, manually matched to a saved search. Every account update meant someone opening multiple systems by hand. The leads were there. The business just couldn't move fast enough to reach them.
